Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee for the first instance, and a full fee for subsequent cancellations, which must be paid prior to next session. *Please note that sudden illness and emergencies are excluded from this policy.

No-shows will charged the full session fee, to be settled before your next treatment.

Hydrostone Location:
This location is not wheelchair accessible.
There are 2 steps up to a heavy door, and then very steep stairs up to Kachina Health Associates- 5539A.
All products are scent free. There are a few practitioners in the building that use essential oils occasionally.
Access
Cole Harbour Location:
This location is wheelchair accessible up to a point. There is a ramp leading up to the main floor and bathroom access. The door to the treatment room is narrower and may not fit all wheelchairs.
The other practitioners use diffusers with essential oils.
