Here are my COVID-19 protocols so you know what to expect and what I'll be doing for our mutual safety.
Appointment Procedures:

If you are exhibiting any of the following symptom (and they are not linked to a pre-existing condition): fever, cough or worsening of a previous cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

The common areas will be regularly cleaned including wiping down the high-touch surfaces such as door handles, surfaces in the washroom, phone, keyboards and mouse.

I continue to wear a KN95 mask and have a HEPA filter in my room.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations under 24 hours will be subject to the full fee, to be paid before your next session. We are still living in times of covid, so if you wake up the morning of your massage and do not feel well, please let me know.

No shows will be charged the full session amount, to be paid before your next treatment.

I accept direct billing from most insurance providers (Bluecross, Canada life etc.) *It is the client's responsibility to know the details of your insurance plan.

** If money is an issue please check in with me about my sliding scale. It is important to me that health care like massage therapy is accessible to everyone who may need or want it. **

Hydrostone Location:
​
This location is not wheelchair accessible.
There are 2 steps up to a heavy door, and then very steep stairs up to Kachina Health Associates- 5539A.
All products are scent free. There are a few practitioners in the building that use essential oils occasionally.
Access
Cole Harbour Location:
This location is wheelchair accessible up to a point. There is a ramp leading up to the main floor and bathroom access. The door to the treatment room is narrower and may not fit all wheelchairs.
The other practitioners use diffusers with essential oils.
